Shipping and Handling

My scheduled shipping days are Tuesdays and Fridays. I do try to ship orders sooner if possible. If you need your order to go out asap, please let me know via a note in the checkout section of your order. I will do the best that I can for you.

Orders are shipped to the address connected with your PayPal.

Purchases within the US are shipped using Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation through the USPS. DH used to work for them and has told me stories about how packages are handled. By using Priority Mail, we feel that your handmade piece has a better chance of arriving at their new home safely. If you’d rather have them shipped First Class (with Delivery Confirmation), please contact me. I’ll send you a revised invoice.

Packages shipped internationally are mailed First Class.  Please allow a reasonable time for delivery.  The value stated on the customs forms will be the actual value of the items shipped.  Any customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Refunds/Exchanges

If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me within 7 days of delivery. Exchanges or refunds will be made once the item(s) have been returned in their original condition.

WARNING

This product is made of GLASS. A glass product can break, and there is a fear that if impacted, breakage could occur, pieces could fly off or fall downwards, and injury could occur. If, in any case, breakage does occur, please be aware that broken edges are sharp, and could be a cause of cut injuries, and take appropriate care accordingly. If use of a handmade glass item is continued when a crack or other defect has occurred, and/or further attrition occurs, then there is a fear that the product’s strength will be remarkably reduced, and that this will become a source of breakage, which may cause physical injury and/or damage. If you discover a crack or other defect during use, or when the glass item has been used to a degree where it has deteriorated or where attrition has occurred, then always discontinue use! Please take precautions when using glass items in rapid heating or rapid cooling situations. Glass expands and contracts as it is heated and cooled. In the event of an extreme change in temperature, a crack or cracking may occur. Additionally, glass item will retain heat and serious burns may occur.
